This usually happens if the Council believes you would benefit more from the learning track before stepping into the leadership track. It is not a rejection! It is an invitation to grow with us until you are ready to upgrade.
Yes! When you gain significant work experience or contribute in a project, you can request a “Tier Review” from the Council. If approved, you can upgrade your membership status.
